Our Beginnings

The Full Story

Growing up in Singapore, education was deeply ingrained in my upbringing, shaping my worldview and aspirations. I understood from an early age the pivotal role education plays in nurturing independent and contributing members of society. Upon immigrating to Canada, I had admiration for the richness of its educational landscape, where opportunities like field trips, workshops, and competitions were abundant, providing avenues for exploration and discovery beyond the confines of the classroom. These experiences fostered my own curiosity and passion for learning. However, it was a poignant encounter with a peer who was passionate about STEM that truly ignited my sense of purpose. Despite their fervor and qualifications, financial constraints prevented them from attending an enriching workshop outside of school. Witnessing their disappointment and the barriers they faced due to inadequate financial aid, and hearing about many others who shared the same obstacles in their learning, was a catalyst for action. Together with Prisha and other like-minded individuals who shared our belief in the transformative power of education, we founded the Limitless Learning Initiative. Our mission is simple yet profound: to ensure that no talented and motivated student is hindered by financial barriers from pursuing their passions and unlocking their full potential.
